Now settled in Atlanta, Matt has lived, worked, taught, and hiked in the Baltimore-Washington area, Chicagoland, and Central Florida. He and his wife, Natalie, have two children and 30+ years of shared history.
An English teacher of twenty-five years, Matt has always loved stories. Whether writing, listening, or telling, he appreciates well-crafted stories that take him to other places and feel like old friends. Having completed his first major writing project, An Evil Before, he’s begun work on its sequel, After’s Fugitive. Matt also writes and dungeon masters the gaming podcast, The Empire’s Edge.
